Unknown Facts About Sai Baba And His Three Incarnations

Known for enriching the lives of many people Sai Baba is considered to be the most divine avatar of the highly powerful Lord Shiva in the Hindu religion. Of the three incarnations, many people worship him as Sai Baba, some invoke him has Satya Sai Baba, while few others follow & worship him as Prema Sai Baba.

Story of Sai Baba

A great saint named Bharadwaja wished to master all the Vedas had to perform a Yagna as said by the Lord Indra. Eager to get blessings of Shakti, Bharadwaja made his way to the Kailash Parvat, the residence of Lord Shiva & Shakti to invite the couple. Bharadwaja waited for 8 long days and was ignored by the couple though Shakti had noticed him.

Later, it so happened that Lord Shiva found Bharadwaja to be very tired, unhappy & full of fatigue & sprinkled the water available in the vessel known as Kamandalu. Granting the boons to him, Lord Shiva & Shakti consoled him & agreed to attend the Yagna, while Shiva promised the saint that both of them(Shiva & Shakti) would take birth thrice in human form with Bharadwaja Gotra or lineage.

It is also said that, late in July 1963, Sai Baba had suffered from a dangerous and serious disease which was on purpose bared by him to save his devotee. Sai baba had undergone three fatal heart attacks, & his left hand, leg & eye completely paralyzed for 8 consecutive days. Asking for a glass of water, Baba sprinkled the water on himself. As a result, he had himself no more paralyzed.

Shirdi Sai Baba

Known as the first incarnation, Sai Baba was born around in the middle of the last century in Hyderabad, then moved to Shirdi city of Maharashtra in 1872. Just before he left his body, at Shirdi in 1918, he told one of his devotees that he would return in 8 years as a boy.

Satya Sai Baba

After the death of Sai Baba, Satya Sai Baba was born on 23 November 1926 in the village of Puttaparthi in the State of Andra Pradesh. Named as Satyanarayan, he declared himself as “I am Sai Baba” at the age of 13 and just before leaving his human form in 2011 he said he will take birth as Prema Sai Baba.

Prema Sai Baba

The one incarnating exactly one year after the death of Satya Sai Baba is Prema Sai Baba. Many of his devotees believe him to emerge only around 2023 or 2025.
