The significance of Palmistry

Palmistry is also called as chiromancy, is an art of predicting the future by studying the lines on ones palm. This study of the palm is called chirology. Here we tell you about the five major lines that can be found on the hand.

One can understand their meanings by examining the size, the depth (or prominence), and the curvature of the lines.

Heart line

The heart line indicates the matters of the heart: the deeper the line, the deeper is the heart's warmth and hardships. The length of the line signifies the frequency of the fondness and pains: the longer the line, the more chances of being ruled by the heart.

If you see a split at the end of the heart line, then you will always fluctuate in making decisions.

Head line

The head line signifies ones intellectual tendencies: the deeper the line, the greater is the focus and capacity of thought. The longer the line, the more various interests one would have. If there is a split end to the head line, then you are inclined to keep changing your decisions.

Life Line

Reading the life line is very simple. The longer the line, the longer would be your life. If there is a break in the life line, it indicates an accident or life-threatening incident at that point of your life. The life line may not have anything to do with the length of your life, but one can understand how passionately it would be lived.

Fate Line

Also known as the line of destiny, the fate line denotes how strongly the external events can have influence in your personal life. The deeper the line, the more strongly would be the impact by the events. Having more breaks in the line denotes more frequently uncontrollable events that will take place in our life.

Note: The cleaner the hand is from lines and creases, the calmer would be the mind. If your hand has many smaller lines crisscrossing its surface, then it may indicate that you are a person who thinks and worries a lot.
