The auspicious day of Kaal Bhairav Ashtami, if a devotee offers wine or milk at the Siddh Prachin Bhairon temple, which is situated at the opposite of Pragati Maidan, outside the Purana Quila of New Delhi.

Bhaiton Temple is the only temple in the country, where alcohol is allowed as a part of the offerings. This alcohol is later distributed among the devotees in the form of prasada. If someone is reluctant to offer alcohol to the deity, in that case, the devotee can also offer milk to Lord Bhairav, which is located close to the mandir. This temple is also known as Dudhiya Bhairon Mandir.

After an order of the puja is placed, either milk or wine is offered to Lord Bhairav on the auspicious day of Kaal Bhairav Ashtami. The rituals are completed by abiding all the rules and regulations mentioned in the Vedas. After the commencement of the puja, the prasada is couriered to the respective address of the devotees.
